The youngest spring leaves of this white downy tea are handpicked and hand-processed using orthodox methods with minimal processing. The leaves undergo minimal change after being picked, preserving many of the benefits of fresh tea leaves. White tea is one of the least processed teas and one of the hardest to cultivate. The taste is unusually fresh, floral, and somewhat sweet, deceptively complex with clean, subtle notes of chestnut, honeysuckle, and melon.
