Espresso Classico Coffee
An espresso coffee crafted in the Northern Italian tradition, composed of three different coffees, where the dominant bean hails from Brazil, Fazenda Rainha. A natural Yellow Bourbon with its robustness and richness ensures a good creamy base. It is complemented by Guatemala Huehuetenango and a touch of Indian Robusta, Chikmagalur.
The coffee is roasted very slowly, beginning with a gentle heat that is gradually intensified through the roasting process, finishing with low heat. We roast this blend dark but avoid any bitterness or burnt flavors. A strong espresso flavor with limited acidity and fruitiness - just as Italians love it.
The blend includes the following coffees:
70% Brazil, Fazenda Rainha, Yellow Bourbon
15% Organic Guatemala, Huehuetenango
15% India, Chikmagalur (Robusta)
Brewing: To achieve optimal flavor, we recommend using 17.5 grams of espresso in the basket, yielding approximately 38 grams of espresso in the cup. The extraction time should be about 28-29 seconds, with the brewing water at around 93 degrees Celsius.
Roasted by Strandvejsristeriet in Helsingør.
You can get the coffee as whole beans, ground for filter/coffee machine, French press, or espresso.
Country: Brazil, Guatemala, India.
