Payment

You can pay with Dankort, MobilePay, Swipp, Visa, Mastercard, Via Electron, eDankort, American Express and the consumer association.

Delivery

Your order is sent with Post Nord or GLS. If you buy in DK for more than DKK 350, we pay the shipping.

We use Post Nord's or GLS's rates,

Your order will be packed within 24 hours of placing it, but you cannot expect your order to be shipped the same day you order. If we receive the order after 10am, it will not be dispatched until the next day. Therefore we say that it you order today, we ship tomorrow. However, we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

You will receive your order 3-6 days after we have received it. Reservations are made for irregularities at Post Nord and GLS.

Definitions:
The parties to the agreement

"Purchaser" is used for the natural person who mainly acts outside of his profession and who, by placing an order with Nordic Tea ApS, makes an offer for the purchase and delivery of certain goods.

In the following, "Nordic Tea ApS" is used both for the natural or legal person who, upon order confirmation, accepts the Buyer's order and sells the ordered goods, and for the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

Prices:
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. Price changes may therefore occur.
All stated prices include 25% VAT. The prices are daily prices.

Order:
Presentation of goods together with a price on Nordic Tea ApS is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make an offer.
The buyer's order of goods from Nordic Tea ApS does not constitute a binding acceptance, but rather a binding offer to Nordic Tea ApS to buy the goods on the stated terms.

A binding agreement between the Buyer and Nordic Tea ApS is only entered into when Nordic Tea ApS accepts the offer made by the Buyer in an order confirmation.

Payment:
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you.

For purchases with mobilepay and all payment cards, the amount is only deducted from your account when the item has been dispatched from Nordic Tea ApS.

The risk of accidental demise or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the Buyer's possession does the risk of the ordered goods perishing or being damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the Buyer.

Complaint:
Nordic Tea ApS provides, according to the Sales Act, a 2-year right of complaint from delivery for manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies). This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

Please state and show on request what the defect consists of. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

    Disclaimer and Warranty:

    Nordic Tea ApS has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside of Nordic Tea's control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content on these pages.
    Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the Buyer and Nordic Tea ApS.
    The Seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses as a result of the ordered goods arriving late to the Buyer, or the ordered goods suffering from defects, when the delay or defects are due to the Buyer's action or omission or circumstances beyond Nordic Tea's control, e.g. war, rebellion, unrest, fire, intervention by the state, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or the like.
    Nordic Tea ApS does not provide an independent guarantee for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only obtains the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the Buyer.

    You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

    The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:

    • have received your item
    • takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
    • gets physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.

    You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given at info@nordic-tea.dk . In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

    You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

    You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item.

    When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

    You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

    The costs for return are expected to amount to approx. DKK 100.00.

    We do not refund used items and shipping costs.

    TEA, COFFEE, SWEETS AND THE LIKE cannot be returned, as they belong to food products according to the Consumer Contracts Act.

    If you are NOT returning FOOD PRODUCTS, but other goods that do not belong to food products, they must notify us of the right of withdrawal no later than 14 days after receiving the goods and send the unused goods to us.

    If the returned item has a reduced value, its value will be assessed in relation to resale.

    The condition of the item when you send it back

    You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

    If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

    In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not actually use it.

    If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

    If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

    We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

      You can also cancel the purchase by giving a clear message and handing it in personally to the above address against prior agreement.

      What should I send back?

      You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. The expedition goes faster if you also fill in our form/standard cancellation form or attach the following ; Invoice.

      Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

      Nordic Tea ApS reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you continuously keep yourself informed of any changes that have taken place.

      Abuse:
      Misuse of Nordic Tea ApS results in a police report.

      Personal data policy

      In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

      • Name, address, phone no. and email address.

      We register this personal data and pass it on to Post Nord/GLS in order to deliver the goods to you.

      The personal information is registered with Nordic Tea ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. The data controller at www.nordic-tea.dk is Jens Risom.

      As registered with Nordic Tea ApS. you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You will find all this information after you have logged in in your account and order history. The information you find here is ALL the information we have about you, and no others.

      Access to complaints

      If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us in our physical store, either by visiting, per phone 7027 0377 or email info@nordic-tea.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
