Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We respond to emails within 24 hours on business days.

We send an email if a customer cancels or makes a claim
If you have returned an item for cancellation or a claim, you will always receive an email once we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the next steps regarding the processing of your cancellation/claim.

You must be 18 years of age to shop at nordic-tea.dk – if you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

Ordering
At nordic-tea.dk, you can only order items via our website. If you have inquiries regarding items that are not on the site, you are welcome to contact us.

All prices include VAT. Prices are current daily prices.

When you shop with Nordic Tea ApS, agreements are made in Danish.
