Preparation of green aroma tea

    • Always use fresh, cold water.

    • Boil the water, then let the temperature drop to approx. 90°C before pouring it over the tea leaves.

    • Let the tea steep for 3–4 minutes.

    By allowing the boiling water to cool slightly before use, you preserve more of the delicate compounds – including vitamin C and catechins.
