Shipping and delivery

We ship with Post Nord or GLS.

This is how we pack and ship:

  • We try to pack and ship orders the same day.
  • Orders to be shipped with GLS must be packed before 1:00 PM to arrive the same day. Otherwise, they will arrive the next day.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon, Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
  • Orders from the day before a holiday and holidays are shipped the next business day.

Post Nord collects packages from us in the evening around 5:00 PM.

GLS picks up packages from us around 1:00 PM.

If you have special requests for your shipment, please write your requests under "order notes". We pack all day.

  • If your total purchase is over DKK 350 and you live in Denmark, we will ship to you without charging postage.
  • If your total purchase is less than DKK 350, we will use our agreed prices from Post Nord or GLS.

If you have any further comments about your order or for us, please write to info@nordic-tea.dk .

We would love to hear from you if you think your delivery did not meet your expectations, you have problems with the mail or if there is anything else you are not satisfied with. If we do not know about our mistakes, we cannot fix them. We are ALWAYS open to criticism, good or bad.
