Shipping and delivery
We ship with Post Nord or GLS.
This is how we pack and ship:
- order, we try to pack and send it the same day when you use Post Nord's service.
- orders to be sent with GLS must be packed before 10.00 to join the same day. Otherwise, they come the next day.
- order from Friday after 12.00, Saturday and Sunday will not be sent until the following Monday.
- orders from the day before public holidays and public holidays are sent the next business day.
Post Nord collects packages from us in the evening around 17:30
GLS collects packages from us around 10:00
If you have special wishes for your shipment, write your wishes under "order notes". We pack all day.
- If your total purchase is over DKK 350, we will send it to you without charging postage.
- If your total purchase is less than DKK 350, we use our agreed prices from Post Nord or GLS.
The current government and SKAT have chosen that we all per 1 January 2017 now must pay VAT on postage.

We would very much like to hear from you if you think the tea you received does not meet your expectations, you have problems with the post or something else you want to complain about. If we don't hear complaints, we can't fix mistakes. We are ALWAYS open to criticism, good or bad.
