Jing Xi Formosa Finest Oolong
Oolong tea is a specialty originally produced in the mountains of Taiwan. It offers a truly unique tea experience that can't be found elsewhere. After picking, the tea is fermented, but only to 30-50% of what regular black tea undergoes. During drying, the tea is tossed in large bamboo baskets, contributing to its mild aroma.
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: 12 grams or 4-5 teaspoons per liter of water
- Water temperature: 90-95 degrees Celsius
- Steep time: 2-4 minutes
