Panyong OP Black Tea
This Panyong comes from the Fujian province in China and is a very well-known tea. It belongs to the Congou tea type, which was a description of black teas imported from China to the West, forming the basis for the English Breakfast tea recipe. Most of the Panyong teas come from the Tai-Mu mountains on the eastern side of Fujian.
It has the classic black tea flavor, with notes of smoke and peach.
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per liter (4-5 tsp)
- Water temperature: 100 C
- Steep time: 3-5 minutes
