Sparkling Tea with green tea and lemon - Light green (For the champagne lover)
The latest addition to the line of delicious Sparkling teas from Copenhagen Sparkling Tea.
This new light green variant is completely alcohol-free and is made for the "Champagne lover". LIGHT GREEN is made from 12 teas, i.a. Earl Gray Sencha, green tea and Darjeeling. It has a complex aroma of citrus, sencha, minerals and apples. The taste is light and elegant with characteristics of citrus, lemongrass, green tea and Earl Gray Sencha.
LIGHT GREEN has a wide palette and a long finish with a touch of Darjeeling and green apples. The color is clear with shades of green and LIGHT GREEN, like the other sparkling teas, has fine sparkling bubbles. The goal with LIGHT GREEN was to hit a flavor profile that brings to mind the notes you know from a brut champagne.
This sparkling tea goes well with fish, oysters, caviar and shellfish.
