The latest addition to the exquisite range of Sparkling Teas from Copenhagen Sparkling Tea.
This new light green variant is completely alcohol-free and crafted for the Champagne lover. LYSEGRØN is made from 12 teas, including Earl Grey Sencha, green tea, and Darjeeling. It has a complex aroma of citrus, sencha, minerals, and apples. The taste is light and elegant, featuring notes of citrus, lemongrass, green tea, and Earl Grey Sencha.
LYSEGRØN offers a wide palette and a long finish with hints of Darjeeling and green apples. The color is clear with green hues, and like other sparkling teas, LYSEGRØN features fine bubbly pearls. The aim with LYSEGRØN was to achieve a flavor profile reminiscent of the notes found in a brut champagne.
This sparkling tea pairs well with fish, oysters, caviar, and shellfish.
