Description
Chai Chili
A wonderful STRONG Chai tea, good with fullness. The traditional spiced Indian milk tea, which comes in many varieties depending on where in India you come.
This version contains: black tea , cinnamon, turmeric, anise seeds, black pepper, cloves, cardamom seeds, green cardamom capsules and chilli pieces.
There is NO added aroma.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12-14 g per liters of water
- water temperature: 100 o hot water
- drawing time: 6-8 minutes drawing time
Recipe for Chai tea with milk:
Brew 1 liter of chai tea and 5 dl of milk. Brew the tea and let it steep for 6-7 min. Heat the milk and pour it together with the chai tea. Give it a light boil.
Add sugar or cane sugar as needed. If desired, decorate with cinnamon or grated chocolate on top.
