This Earl Gray Classic is based on Yunnan tea from China and Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka. The classic bergamot aroma gives a pleasant taste. A brilliant English blend.
Perhaps the most well-known flavor that exists within tea production.
Bergamot is a small citrus fruit in the family of lemon and orange. It originates from Asia and grows in southern Europe, and it is from here that the oil that is added to the finest Earl Gray teas is extracted.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 10 grams or 4 teaspoons per liters of water
- water temperature: 100 o hot water
- drawing time: 3-5 min.
