Finest English Earl Grey
The tea in this version comes from India , Sri Lanka (Ceylon) and China , and is added with a bergamot aroma that is close to Twinning's Earl Gray taste, which you may know from the famous yellow tea leaves from Twinnings.
Bergamot is a small citrus fruit in the family of lemon and orange. It originates from Asia and grows in southern Europe, and it is from here that the oil that is added to the finest Earl Gray teas is extracted.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 10 g. per liter corresponding to approx. 4 teaspoons
- water temperature: 100 o C warm water
- drawing time: 3-5 minutes
