Quince green tea organic
Extremely tasty green organic Sencha tea from China with added natural flavor from real quinces.
The taste from the quinces made using patented technology without the use of chemicals to produce the delicious taste of quince. The flavor is made from a combination of two types of quince, the common quince also called pear quince, Cydonia oblonga and Chinese quince: Pseudocydonia sinensis which is also called orange quince or apple quince.
Since quinces have very little essential oil, the technique is to make a juice from frozen quinces and remove the water. It is, in simple words, the way to give the tea the real flavor from these lovely and tasty fruits.
Our quince tea is also added with a bit of marigold flower and a bit of orange peel to give the quince tea a nicer look and an extra delicious taste of orange.

Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 grams per liters (4-5 full teaspoons)
- water temperature: 72-74 0 C
- drawing time: 2-3 minutes
