Milky Oolong
Semi-fermented tea from China flavored with cream essence. The tea is originally an old classic tea in Fujian Provence, where the tea leaves were soaked in milk and then fermented. Today, one simply uses an Oolong tea and adds aroma.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 grams per liter of water (approx. 3-4 teaspoons)
- water temperature: 90-95 o hot water
- drawing time: 2-4 min.
