White Lemon Tea 'Ning Meng'
Tea beyond the ordinary. Bai Mu Dan white tea with natural lemon aroma. In Chinese, it is called Ning Ming, a name befitting its fantastic flavor and beautiful appearance.
White tea originates from the same tea plants as black and green tea. It is the shoots picked with two leaves and a bud. These are most often sun-dried to allow the natural water content to evaporate. The rolled buds have a silvery sheen and produce a light, straw-yellow tea.
Tea Type: white tea with natural aroma
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: 12 - 15 g per liter
- Steeping Time: 2 - 3 min.
- Water Temp.: 70 - 800 C
