Ceylon Sankt James OP
The Sct. James plantation was established as the first tea plantation in Sri Lanka by James Taylor in 1867, using imported Chinese tea plants, marking the beginning of the Ceylon Tea industry.
Located in the famous Malwatta Valley in the growing UVA district, the St. James plantation produces top-quality tea across 300 hectares. The classic Orange Pekoe (OP) undergoes thorough processing. The light red-golden cup is generally slightly darker than the higher-elevated UVA Highland qualities. A full, spicy, well-balanced flavor combines with an aromatic strong, fragrant bouquet - a premium Ceylon tea for Ceylon tea lovers.
