Real Rose Oolong tea - China
China is the homeland of tea. For millennia there has been a tradition of growing tea in large parts of the mighty kingdom. In Europe, we have been mostly used to drinking black tea from China, but for many centuries the green teas have been the Chinese's own favorite drink.
China's tea production takes place in the southern and eastern provinces. Large state cooperatives are responsible for the production and there are no plantations in the same way as in India and Ceylon. The Chinese teas have a character that makes them mild and soft.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 grams per liter of water (approx. 4-5 teaspoons)
- water temperature: 90-95 o hot water
- drawing time: 2-4 min.
