We all know the dandelion; however, few realize that it is quite tasty as a drink, despite its bitterness.
The root can be used as a coffee substitute. The leaves can be used as feed for small domestic animals and in salads if the leaves are young or bleached like chicory.

Latin name: Taraxacum officinale
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 16 g per liter
- Water temperature: 100o hot water
- Steeping time: 6-10 min.
