Quince Rooibos Organic
A highly flavorful organic Rooibos infused with natural flavor from real quinces.
The taste of the quinces is created using a patented technique without any chemicals to capture the delightful quince flavor. The taste is derived from a combination of two types of quinces: the common quince, also known as pear quince (Cydonia oblonga), and the Chinese quince (Pseudocydonia sinensis), also called orange quince or apple quince.
Since quinces have very little essential oil, the technique involves making a juice from frozen quinces and removing the water. In simple terms, it is the method to impart the real taste of these lovely and flavorful fruits to the tea or beverage.
This tea is enhanced with a bit of yellow marigold and orange peel to provide a beautiful appearance and a touch of extra freshness.
We also offer quince tea in organic black tea as well as organic green tea.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 14-16 grams per liter (4-5 teaspoons)
- Water temperature: 1000
- Steeping time: 6-12 minutes.
