Tanzania Tea CTC BOP
Tanzania CTC BOP tea is a highly flavorful African tea, strong and robust, yet soft, rounded, full-bodied and perfect for milk. The cup is a fine reddish-brown and the taste is delicate and very full.
As this is a CTC-processed tea, it is particularly suitable for a one-cup filter with a 1-minute steep time. In a teapot, however, we recommend 3 minutes for a mild flavor and 4 minutes if you prefer more bite (slightly more bitter and stronger) and a maximum of 5 minutes steep time.
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per liter
- Steep Time: 3-5 min.
- Water Temperature: 100 0C
