Lady Gray black tea organic
Finally we managed to find, and get made, the original LADY GRAY tea, as it was made by Jackson of Piccalilly in the 1850s.
Lady Gray tea is an old English blend consisting of a good organic South Indian black tea with added essential oil of the bergamot fruit and of orange, adorned with orange peel and blue cornflower. Everything is completely natural and 100% organic, made from essential oils; no artificial stuff here.
Its origin is said to have been made for Earl Grey's wife, Lady Grey, but this is probably a truth with modifications. Whether true or false, this tea tastes wonderful.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per litre
- Drawing time: 3-5 min.
- Water temperature: 100 0 C
