Bi Luo Chun Organic
Bi Luo Chun, also known as Spring Emerald or snail spring, refers to the dried form of the tea leaves, which resembles snails. It is harvested in spring, during the last 10 days of April.
China has 10 famous teas, one of which is Bi Luo Chun. It is considered the most flavorful and also the strongest. These are selected leaves, originally picked by women and placed on their chest. Each tea tree (bush) has 3 to 8 shoots with 2 leaves, which are picked. It is estimated that 70 bushes are picked to obtain 1 kilogram of tea leaves.
It has a mild taste with fine sweetness, hints of fruit, and a very delightful smoothness. We have chosen this B-quality solely because of the taste.
