Darjeeling green Selim Hill organic
The Selim Hill plantation is one of India's oldest organic farms. No chemicals of any kind have ever been used throughout this area. The family that owns the plantation today owns 12 other plantations that are run like this old plantation. They have all garnered great national and international recognition.
We have chosen this wonderful green tea in a 2nd grade quality, because we find it fuller with many fine details in the taste, which we don't think really come out in the 1st grade quality when we use ordinary Danish "tap" water .
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per litre
- Drawing time: 2-3 min.
- Water temperature: 72 - 74 0 C
