JeJu organic green tea South Korea
South Korea produces excellent tea, but it is unfortunately quite unknown in Europe; it's a shame, because it is truly good. Especially this green tea from the southern island of JeJu. Here, deep in the forest, there is a clearing where a tea garden has been created. The soil here is nearly the best soil for tea plants, and this is reflected in the taste.
JeJu green tea has a deep flavor with great fullness and subtle notes of the minerals present in the soil.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage
- 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoons)

- Steeping time: 1-3 min.
- Water temperature: 70 - 750 C
