JinJing Jasmine High Grade Tea Organic
JinJing Jasmine tea is crafted in the traditional way in the area outside Changsha in the Hunan province on a sustainable organic farm. It is a green tea of 1st grade quality, a rarity in this part of the world, and is fermented 28%.
Authentic Jasmine tea is NOT infused with jasmine oil or nature-identical jasmine aroma, but acquires its jasmine taste through fermentation with jasmine flowers.
In the Hunan province, in the scenic area north of the city of Changsha, an exclusive type of jasmine flower can be found that is not found anywhere else in the world. Due to the soil conditions here, the jasmines smell uniquely sweet and without the often slightly perfumed scent.
As a tea, it is truly exceptional. It is almost not bitter, like all JinJing teas, and with the jasmine flower taste, you get a soft and finely rounded light cup.
Brewing Instructions:
- 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoonfuls)
- 75-80o hot water
- 1-3 minutes steeping time
