Lung Jing Organic 2nd Grade
Lung Jing, Lung Ching or Dragon Well is the name of this remarkable tea, considered China's greatest, often referred to as Emperor's Tea, since the emperor of the Qing dynasty cultivated it in his garden in the 'Forbidden City'.
It is a first flush tea with a sweet, full-bodied, and very refreshing taste. The cup is a very light green.
This tea is naturally grown and organic.
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoons)
- Steeping time: 2-3 minutes
- Water temperature: 72 - 74 0C
