Matcha Aichi organic
If you think that matcha is only from Kyoto and you can only get it from there, you are wrong. In fact, Nishio is among the areas particularly recognized for producing the best matcha in Japan. There are areas such as Uji (Kyoto), Fuji (Shizuoka) and Nishio (Aichi). Nishio is one of the best places for matcha production, and approximately 60% of all matcha sold in Japan comes from here.
Our Aichi Matcha comes from the city of Nishio, Aichi Prefecture in Japan. It is 2nd grade in quality. This means that it is less green in color compared to a premium matcha, is more grassy in taste and less sweet. However, it still has a very fine taste with a silky texture. Can be used in various dishes or matcha smoothies.
