We discovered this beauty of a high-quality Sencha from one of our suppliers, and of course, we had to stock it in our store.
It originates from the Guizhou province in southern China and boasts a wonderfully fresh flavor with fruity undertones.
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoons)
- Infusion time: 1-3 minutes
- Water temperature: 72 - 74 0C
