White Tips Cui Min tea organic
This white tea from Fujian in China is a little treasure. Carefully picked and processed, you can see the perfect quality of the white leaf tips. A tea that is completely unique with its fresh and aromatic taste. For the tea connoisseur, this is a tea you want to enjoy again and again.
The tea has a beautiful light cup and a fresh taste, not big and not strong, but full.
Cui Min means "fragile sensitivity" and refers to the rather large, finely hairy white shoots, but since these white shoots have no flavor of significance, the wise Chinese tea maker always rolls a similarly sized green leaf, which is fermented together with the shoots in a carefully chosen ratio, so that the taste gets the fullness that a great tea should have. This ratio changes from year to year. Degree of fermentation approx. 12%.
