Darjeeling Green Selim Hill Organic
The Selim Hill plantation is one of India's oldest organic farms where no chemicals have ever been used across the entire area. The family that owns the plantation today also owns 12 other plantations, all run just like this historic estate. They have garnered significant national and international recognition.
We have selected this exquisite green tea in a 2nd grade quality because we find it more full-bodied with many fine flavor details that we don't think are fully expressed in the 1st grade quality when using regular Danish tap water.
Brewing Instructions:
- Dosage: 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoons)
- Steeping time: 2-3 minutes
- Water temperature: 72 - 74 0C
