Glögg mixture
Mulled wine, the hot and spicy drink that spreads a feeling of coziness and community during cold winter evenings. Mulled wine is a traditional favorite that unites people all over the world. With its scent of cinnamon and cloves, the mulled wine creates instant well-being and warmth.
Our mulled blend consists of a carefully selected combination of classic spices and fruit peels, including orange peel, cloves, star anise, cinnamon sticks, orange peel and anise.
Recipe for Red Wine Glögg:
- Place 25 g mulled spice in a tea filter.
- Put it in a small pot with 4 dl of water.
- Let it cook for 10 minutes to release the aromas of the spices.
- Add 75 cl of red wine/white wine/apple cider and simmer for a further 10 minutes to combine the flavours.
- Add 1 dl sugar as well as raisins and almonds to taste to sweeten and enrich your mulled wine.
