Christmas green tea - Early Frederiksdal Green Christmas tea
It is mixed with a good Chinese green Sencha tea, and Cinnamon and Cardamom make it a little sweet and Christmassy, enhanced by pieces of apple and orange. It must soak a little longer to bring out the flavor of the spices.
Ingredients: green Sencha, cinnamon pieces, coriander, cardamom, pink pepper, sweet apple pieces and orange, and aroma.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage: 12 g per litre
- Drawing time: 3-5 min.
- Water temperature: 75-80 0 C
