Spring coffee organic
Also called ''Peru Honey'' - Medium roasted coffee from the cooperative Centrocafe, Cajamarca region in Peru.
During the post-harvest treatment, the pulp is removed, but not all of it. This results in the beans getting a sweet and fruity aroma.
It has notes of cocoa, orange peel, hazelnut and grapefruit, and has a wonderful balance between sweetness and acidity.

You can get the coffee in whole beans, ground for a filter/coffee machine or a plunger pot.
Degree of toasting: medium toasted
Dosage: 7 g per 1½ dl. cup.
