Bai Lin Gong Fu

Bai Lin Gong Fu is its Chinese name and it comes from the Wu Yi Mountains in Fujian Province. We use the term "Golden Monkey", monkey tea, because it is made from the fresh buds and leaves of 900-year-old Fuding Pekoe plants, a mutated variation of the Chinese tea tree Camelia Sinensis.

After picking in April, it is first sun-heated, then it is hand-rolled to crush the leaf fibers and release the natural aroma substances in the leaf, then it is dried again in a sun-covered room until fermentation is complete. This tea's unique fruity flavor comes through clearly in every cup.

It has quality grade: Premium (AAA+)

It has such a high quality that it can be brewed up to 4 times on the same leaves.

Brewing instructions, Gaiwan :

  • Dosage: 2 g. for one Gaiwan
  • Water temperature: 100 0 C, if it feels a little bitter, then down to 80 0 C
  • Draw time: ½ minute to start with, after 5 . brewing 1 min., rising

  • Towing time: max. 5 minutes
