Madras Curry Organic
Madras Curry - also known as Sweet English Curry - is a blend consisting of coriander seeds, cumin, Cassia cinnamon, cardamom, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, mild red chili (Kashmir chili), turmeric, and curry leaves.
During the English colonial period, the English found the Indian curry too strong and created this blend, which in England is called English Curry. The curry is named after the Indian city of Madras, from where many spices were shipped.
Country of Origin: blended in Germany, but the spices come from various countries outside the EU.
