Oregano Creole Organic
Creole or Greek oregano is also known as winter marjoram. It is one of the most cultivated oreganos in the European market. This is a fully hardy perennial with white flowers that develops a spicy flavor. It grows to about 30 cm in height and width and has small aromatic leaves. Suitable for pot cultivation. Available in the market with grass-green leaves and another with yellow leaves, known as golden oregano. The plant grows wild in Corsica, the Mediterranean countries, and East China.
Usage
Oregano has a stronger and more distinct taste than marjoram, which has a milder and more delicate flavor. Oregano is often used in Italian cuisine.
