Classic. The classic Bagsværd Licorice, as it was produced in the cellar on Gunnarsvej in the winter of 2014-2015. 3 times medal winner in The Liquorice Awards. Gold in 2020, bronze in 2019 and silver in 2018.
Ginger. One of Bagsværd Lakridse's first customers, enterprising and always smiling Mai-Britt Østergaard Andersen from Gladsaxe, suggested putting ginger in their licorice. Everyone at Bagsværd Lakrids thought it was a crazy idea, but still tried to produce it for fun - and subsequently with great success.
Sweet. The sweet licorice was created in the spring of 2018, as Bagsværd Licorice had often encountered the desire for a milder licorice. Especially from nice people from abroad.
Raspberry. Started as a novelty and the surprise in our advent calendar 2021. Lots of freeze-dried raspberries (not fresh, because the water content is too high) are added to the licorice and it's a really good combination.
Salt. New collaboration between Læsø Salt and Bagsværd Licorice means big, beautiful salt flakes in the new delicious salt licorice.
