Eucalyptus Honey
This exclusive honey comes from the sunny provinces of Huelva and Badajoz, as well as the southern Mediterranean and the western Cantabrian Sea from a unique nectar from the majestic eucalyptus trees. It is collected both in the summer and in the winter.
The honey has a light amber color but can come in darker variations. The taste is sweet, with slightly sour notes and the aroma is very intense and persistent. It is best stored at room temperature, dry and protected from sunlight.
