Honduran coffee organic
Medium roast - Coffee from the cooperative APROLMA "Association of Independent Female Producers" from the Marcala area in Honduras. JustCoffee imports the coffee directly from APROLMA. Then we roast
the light-medium roast, to preserve the coffee's special balance between acidity, sweetness and fullness.
This year's harvest is distinguished by a creamy cup and subtle notes of honey and dark chocolate.
You can get the coffee in whole beans, ground for a filter/coffee machine or a plunger pot.
Degree of toasting: medium toasted
Dosage : 7 g per 1½ dl. cup.
