Jasmine Pearls Dragon Balls Organic
Delicate little pearls, handcrafted and wrapped with an organic green Chinese tea leaf around a small organic jasmine flower petal and a few white shoots. They are made in the Fujian province in small towns. It is often the young girls who sit and hand roll them. However, these days many young girls go to university to get a good education, so over time it is the older 'girls' who are doing the rolling. Watching them is fascinating — I have tried to make them myself, but mine just look like a small piece of crumpled paper.
This is 1st grade quality and thus can be called Dragon Balls.
Extremely delicious.

Use 4-5 pearls per cup, pour water heated to 72-740 C over them. Can be refilled multiple times.
