Lemon balm is an herb that grows to about 80 cm in height. Originally from the Mediterranean countries, it is now a widespread herb around the world. It is rarely found in the wild in Denmark, typically growing near habitation. It is used in countless different dishes as a culinary herb and is often used in various teas to add a mild lemon flavor, providing a calming sensation.

- Steep time: 6-12 min.
