Mullein has long been used as a medicinal plant in North America, as well as in Japan and South America.
Mullein has traditionally been used for various purposes, including as a popular herbal tea enjoyed for its mild and soothing taste. It can also be included as an ingredient in herbal mixtures or used to make vapors.
