Japanese Spring Dream green tea
A tasty green tea, blended from a Chinese sencha and a Japanese bancha tea. It contains ginger and licorice as well as plum pieces and the Yuzu citrus fruit.
The ginger gives this tea some strength, with the yolk and licorice giving the sweetness and the Yuzu fruit giving the final kick of some acidity.

Country of origin: Zhejiang, China and Kagoshima, Japan.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 grams per liters of water (4-5 teaspoons)
- water temperature: 75-80 0 C degrees warm water
- drawing time: 2-3 minutes
