JeJu green tea organic South Korea
South Korea makes really good tea, but is unfortunately quite unknown in Europe; it's a shame because it's really good. Especially this green tea from the southern island of JeJu. Here in the middle of the forest, there is a clearing where a tea garden has been created. The soil here is something close to the best soil for tea trees, and this is reflected in the taste.
JeJu green tea is deep in taste but very full and fine tones of the minerals in the soil.
Brewing instructions:
- Dosage
- in jug: 12 - 14 g. per litres
- in a cup: 3 g. to 1 dl. water (brewed several times)
- Brewing time: 1-3 min., in cup ½ min
- Water temperature: 70 - 75 0 C
