Tie Guan Yin Green Oolong Organic
We call Tie Guan Yin Green Oolong because the production method is similar to Oolong tea, albeit with very light fermentation. The taste is indescribably good.
This Tie Guan Yin is from the Anxi Mountains in Fujian Province, South China and is A+ (1st grade) quality. It is a pleasure to drink this tea. It is full and very filling.
This tea comes from an area where all agriculture is cultivated according to natural methods and from sustainable farms.
Tie Guan Yin is, among other things, known to be able to be brewed several times. This is something you have to experiment with, but we recommend brewing it 2-3 times.
We also recommend that a gaiwan is used, so that the tea can have more space to release its flavour.
