Formosa ''Butterfly of Taiwan'' Oolong tea
An oolong tea from Taiwan, which is fermented a little less than other oolong teas. This means that the outermost edges of the leaves are fermented, whereas the center of the tea leaf is like green tea.
This is a very flavorful oolong tea, which has the characteristic flavors of black tea, but at the same time also a delicious sweetness and freshness that you find in green tea.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 grams or 4-5 teaspoons per liter of water
- water temperature: 90-95 o hot water
- drawing time: 2-4 min.
