Jing Xi Formosa Finest Oolong
Oolong tea is a specialty originally produced in the mountains of Taiwan. It gives a very special tea that cannot be found anywhere else. After picking, the tea is fermented, but only 30-50% of what ordinary black tea is fermented. During drying, the tea is turned in large bamboo baskets, which helps to give the tea a mild aroma.
Brewing instructions:
- dosage: 12 grams or 4-5 teaspoons per liter of water
- water temperature: 90-95 o hot water
- drawing time: 2-4 min.
