The original production method for this lovely tea is Japanese, but it has now become part of the traditionally Chinese way of making this special type of tea. This unique combined production creates the extraordinary beautiful aroma that Dao Ren Feng possesses.
One might say that Dao Ren Feng is a green version of the black Keemun tea, and it has the characteristics of green teas, just a bit stronger.
Dao Ren Feng is a top-class green tea with fine leaves. It is fragrant, harmonious, with a delicately fine spicy aroma. The cup is light green.
Brewing Instructions for a Teapot:
- Dosage: 10 grams per liter (3-4 teaspoons)
- Steep time: 2-3 minutes
- Water temperature: 72 - 74 0C
