White Tips Cui Min Tea Organic

This white tea from Fujian, China, is a small treasure. Carefully picked and processed, you can see the perfect quality of the white leaf tips. A tea that is truly unique with its fresh and aromatic taste. For the tea connoisseur, this is a tea you'll want to enjoy again and again.

The tea has a beautiful light cup and a fresh taste, not large and not strong, but full-bodied.

Cui Min means 'delicate sensitivity' and refers to the rather large, fine-haired white buds. However, since these white buds do not have a significant taste, the wise Chinese tea producer always rolls a correspondingly sized green leaf, which is fermented together with the buds in a carefully chosen ratio, so the taste gains the fullness a great tea should have. This ratio changes from year to year. Fermentation level approximately 12%.

Type of Tea: White Tea (Bai Cha)

  • Brewing time: 1-3 minutes
  • Water temperature: 72 - 740 C
